News and Infos
With this Newsletter you'll find a lot of Information on Classes, Workshops, Projects and Events in the new Year. A I was very busy over the holidays building up a total new design on the website of the studio. You'll find the new site at http://www.tanzstudio-halle.de I am looking forward to your opinion about the new design. Additionally I want to remind you at our Forum with a lot of News and Infos aroud our main subject, Dancing. WinterDanceWeek Intensive
Because of beeing ill, some of the schdules for WDW have changed. Please find all new Information in the Forum. The Voting for Part II of WDW, taking part in Rheinland-Pfalz is online, too. Choose your favourite themes and subjects for Febuary. Everybody is welcome to take part in voting and WDW.

Bellydance-Weekend with Bambi Sahab at 16./17. January 2010
In the middle of January Bambi Sahab from Heidelberg (Studio Tarab) visites us at Atelier Oriental in Leipzig, she's bringing a lot of new input concerning Bellydance, Rhythms, Floorword and Sword Dance. There are still spaces for you. On Saturday evening there will be a Leylat for all interested dancers. Please remember that dancers from abroad have the opportunity to stay in the studio over night. Gothic Bellydance Project at 30/31. January 2010
At the end of January the next Gothic Bellydance Weekend takes part at Atelier Oriental in Leipzig. There is one free space for saturday's schedule with a Gothic Bellydance Choreography. Sundays are only for members of the whole project, as usual. You can look forward to a fast and interesting choreography.

Upcoming Events
Please remember the Journey through Egypt Projekt with Sahra Saeeda (USA), taking part in March 2010, there are only few spaces left and I would warmly recommend this project to everyone interested in Egyptian Dance. Dancers from abroad have the opportunity to stay in the studio over night, as usual.
Additionally the new location for my studio should be realdy in February. I'll keep you informed for the starting party with the newsletters. I am looking forward to your visit in my new location.

Voting for WTW Intensive 2009

Dear Dancers,

This update comes with the reminder for our Voting on Themes and Subjects in this years WinterDanceWeek Intensive 2009. In our new Forum, you are able to vote for your favourite Styles and Themes on this years Event. Please find all Information here: www.tanzschwestern.de

Our old Forum was not longer up to date and so I took it from the net. Most articles will be moved to the new Forum within the next weeks. Old members please register again, because your data could not be moved to the new Forum because of the change of Forum-Provider. Sorry for this inconvenience, but you will find a new and modern Forum with your new Registration.

We are looking forward to your Posts and hope, that we will be able to build a strong and active Community on the new Forum as well. With this thoughts I wish you a happy and not so rainy November...

06. November 2009 *Tribal Fusion* at Atelier Oriental in Leipzig (GER)
Weekly Class for Tribal Fusion Bellydance have the following dates in the next month: 06. / 13. / 20. and 27. November. 14./15. November 2009 *Gothic Bellydance Project* at Atelier Oriental in Leipzig (GER)
New Gothic Bellydance Projekt 2009/2010 starts in November with the first weekend. You can look forward to a lot of Technique, Combos and a challanging Choreography. There are only few spaces left, so sign in fast if you are interested in this project. The project ends on stage at the Gothla.DE 2010 Festival. 28. November 2009 *Gitana Dance* at VHS Leipzig (GER)
Short Introduction to Gitana Dance, with nice and typical Steps and a few Combos. Please bring a veil or two short shawls (with the same size) to the workshop, as we are working on Hands and Arms too. 28. November 2009 *Arabic Flamenco* at VHS Leipzig (GER)
Another Workshop with Spanish-Arabian Dance will take part at the same day in the afternoon. This time we will work on Arabic Flamenco. Posture and Fan are subjects to this workshop as well. As usual there are typical steps and Combos in this workshop, too. Please bring your own fan to the workshop. Further Highlights in November

31. October 2009 - Mystic Moments a Show hosted by Paryssa takes part on Halloween at Anker in Leipzig statt. You'll find me there at the Infodesk of German National Bellydance Association and presenting the Show in the afternoon. I'm looking forward to meet you there.

20.-22. November 2009 – Egyptian Dance / Ballady Workshop-Weekend with guest teacher Erna Fröhlich in Halle (Saale), organised from Sabine. If you are interested in this Workshops look on my website, you'll find there a flyer for download.

22. November 2009 – Flamenco Intensive / Buleria Intensive-Workshop with guest teacher Joelle Guerrero in Halle (Saale), organised by Nicole. If you are interested in this Project, write me an e-Mail, I will forward it to Nicole.

Guest Teachers 2010

Dear Dancers,

please find attached current information for the upcoming projects with guest teachers from all around the world for 2010. I'm very proud to introduce you the following events:

From 19. to 21. March 2010 comes Sahra Saeeda (USA) for her Journey through Egypt Project to our studio in Leipzig (Germany). Sahra is one of my main teachers for years now and I can really recommend her lessons to any dancer who is interested in Egyptian Dance. Subject for JtE in 2010 will be cultural and historic information as well as knowledge about costumes and dancing. I am really looking forward to this!

From 23. to 24. October 2010 Katjusha Kozubek will teach for the Romany Dance Project in our Studio. Romany Dances are one of my favourite styles. I know Katjusha for years and she is one of the best teachers in the subject of Eastern European Romany Dances. On this weekend there will be several Workshops which can be booked seperately or as a compete package.

I will also inform you about Zarifa Zafira's Golden Age Bellydance Project with Prof. Hassan Khalil from Egypt, which will take part from 09. to 11. July 2010 in Leipzig. Subject will be the Golden Age of Bellydance with the Movements in style of the 40th years.
